Roof Replacement
Mark Jewell heads up the Roof Replacement Division. Mark has 15 years experience installing roof systems, hands on installation, and jobsite supervision. Mark believes that there is an immense difference in the way that North Alabama Roofing & Restorations, Inc. installs roof systems and the way that most competitors install roofs. In brief, they are as follows.
1. Most roofers work out of their home. We have a full time staffed office.
2. We have Workman's Compensation Insurance for our and your protection. This is a rarity in the roofing industry. Be sure and ask anyone that submits an estimate to you to provide proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance. This protects you from lawsuits in the event that someone is injured on the jobsite.
3. Our company has General Liability Insurance coverage which protects the consumers property while we are there completing your project. Make certain that your Contractor of choice provides you with a copy of his or her General Liability Insurance certificate.
4. All of our personnel are trained, experienced installers with years of experience.
5. We closely supervise each project and have a thirty-point inspection completed during and at the end of every project.
6. We remove and reinstall new felt, pipe flanges, valley flashings, chimney flashings, necessary wall flashings and shingles on every job. Most of our competition re-uses some of these components. We install roof systems, not just shingles.
7. We show your home and property the same attention that we would show our own.
8. Finally, we never ask for or expect payment until we are fully satisfied with the project. It is our belief that when we are satisfied, you will be too.
