Why Us?Our motto is "Uncommon Customer Service."At North Alabama Roofing & Restorations Inc., we believe in quality and satisfaction first. If these two objectives are met, we understand that the profits will be taken care of. We know that each project that we are allowed to complete is that of a home or business owner that is entrusting us to, often times, their single largest lifetime investment. Also, projects are often ongoing around precious belongings and even family members. This is why we promise to show the proper care, concern and professionalism that would be required involving our own business, home, and most importantly, our family members. 2. We have a full-time, highly trained, staffed office for your convenience. a. Each team member is trained in their particular area of responsibility. b. Each team member will show the same level of care that they would want to have shown in their own home. 3. We carry Workman's Compensation Insurance for your and our protection. This protects you from lawsuits in the event that someone is injured on the job site. 4. We carry General Liability Insurance coverage which protects the consumer's property while we are there completing your project. 5. All of our estimators receive extensive training and will prepare a scope of the work that is to be completed that will satisfy you and your insurance company. This will result in a more expeditious handling of your claim. 6. During each and every project a project superintendent will be assigned that is skilled in the assigned area. This superintendent will communicate with you on a regular basis so that you will always know what the next step is going to be. You will be informed of our plan for completion and included in all of the item selection process. 7. We are the preferred contractor for most major insurance companies in North Alabama. This results in our estimates being accepted by your adjuster which expedites the claims process for you. 8. We are on approved vendor lists for most insurance companies; therefore, we can inspect your claim and get it settled faster than most contractors. |
